You’ll have:

• 3-5 years of HR-related experience, with a proven track record in providing HR solutions in a blue collar, operational environment.
• Extensive knowledge in strategic HR practices, including employee relations, change management, leadership coaching and talent development.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity while maintaining discretion and strict confidentiality.
• Demonstrated experience in complex, matrixed environments (e.g., managing multiple business units and navigating numerous industrial awards).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working with employees at all levels of the organisation and adapting to diverse work styles.
